Production, Dispatch and Delivery Times

• Production time – Time required to make the item (varies by product; see individual product page).
• Dispatch time – When the order is sent after production is complete.
• Delivery time – Courier/postal transit time only. Express shipping speeds up delivery, not production.

UK Delivery

• Free Royal Mail Special Delivery on orders over £150.
• Orders under £150: £8.50 (Royal Mail Special Delivery).

European Delivery & EU Shipping Update

EU SHIPPING TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

Shipping to countries within the EU is temporarily suspended while I clarify the new packaging requirements and the practicalities of shipping from the UK.

I am reviewing the available options but cannot yet confirm when EU shipping will resume.

Shipping to Switzerland and Norway is not affected.

Switzerland, Norway & Other Available European Destinations

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracked delivery is available to eligible destinations.

• Free tracked delivery: Available on qualifying orders. Thresholds vary by destination.
• Import charges: For destinations where duties and taxes are not prepaid, import VAT, customs duties and handling fees may apply. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days for tracked delivery. Customs processing may cause delays.
• Express courier: DHL Express is available to selected destinations. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. A contact telephone number is required. Duties and taxes may be payable on arrival unless stated otherwise at checkout.

International Delivery

• Free tracked delivery is available on qualifying orders. Delivery thresholds vary by destination.
• Orders below the free delivery threshold: delivery rates vary by country and are shown at checkout.
• United States: Prices include applicable import tariffs, so there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.
• DHL Express courier delivery is available to selected destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by country and are shown at checkout.
• All courier services require a phone number.
• We are currently unable to offer shipping to the United Arab Emirates due to ongoing transport disruption affecting courier services. We hope to resume delivery as soon as the situation improves.
• Some destinations may be unavailable due to postal service limitations, local delivery conditions, or other shipping restrictions.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we ship to the exact address provided.

For destinations where duties and taxes are not included, unpaid customs charges or incorrect/incomplete delivery information may result in parcels being returned to us. A re-delivery fee may be required before the item is re-sent.

If a parcel is returned due to postal handling or delivery issues in the destination country, we will always review the situation and work with you to find the best solution.
