Production, Dispatch and Delivery Times

• Production time – Time required to make the item (varies by product; see individual product page).
• Dispatch time – When the order is sent after production is complete.
• Delivery time – Courier/postal transit time only. Express shipping speeds up delivery, not production.
  

Please note: delivery time begins once your order has been made and dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Free Royal Mail Special Delivery on orders over £150.
• Orders under £150: £8.50 (Royal Mail Special Delivery).

European Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracked delivery is available throughout Europe.

• Free tracked delivery to selected destinations on orders over £150.
• Germany, Denmark & Luxembourg: Royal Mail International Tracked delivery includes duties and taxes paid, so there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.
• Other European destinations: Import VAT, customs duties, handling charges or other local import fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days (tracked delivery; customs processing times may vary).
• Express courier delivery: DHL Express is available to selected European destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by country and are shown at checkout. A contact telephone number is required. Please note that duties and taxes are not included and may be payable on arrival.

International Delivery

• Free tracked delivery to selected destinations on orders over £150.
• Orders under £150: delivery rates vary by country and are shown at checkout.
• United States: Prices include applicable import tariffs, so there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.
• DHL Express courier delivery is available to selected destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by country and are shown at checkout.
• All courier services require a phone number.
• We are currently unable to offer shipping to the United Arab Emirates due to ongoing transport disruption affecting courier services. We hope to resume delivery as soon as the situation improves.
• Some destinations may be unavailable due to postal service limitations, local delivery conditions, or other shipping restrictions.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we ship to the exact address provided.

For destinations where duties and taxes are not included, unpaid customs charges or incorrect/incomplete delivery information may result in parcels being returned to us. A re-delivery fee may be required before the item is re-sent.

If a parcel is returned due to postal handling or delivery issues in the destination country, we will always review the situation and work with you to find the best solution.
