UK Delivery

• All jewellery orders are delivered free on orders over £140 to the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• Delivery for orders under £140 is £6.95, using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
  

European Delivery - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

• European recipients will be responsible for paying import VAT and duties on orders shipping from the UK to the EU.
• We recommend double-checking these costs before placing your order to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
• All prices stated on the Diana Greenwood Jewellery website DO NOT include any applicable local taxes or import duties.
  
• Delivery is free to most European countries on orders over £140, using the Royal Mail 'International Tracked' service.
• Delivery for orders under £140 is £8.95, using the Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service.
• I use Royal Mail International Tracked for delivery. Royal Mail states an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days, but this is only a guideline. Delays can occur, especially if your parcel is held in Customs. Please check your tracking details regularly for updates on its status.
• If you require your item urgently or for a required date, you can upgrade to courier service at the checkout, this service costs £35.00 for Express Delivery which is fully tracked and insured. (2–5 day service)

International Delivery

• All jewellery orders over £140 are delivered free worldwide using the Royal Mail ‘International Tracked' service.
• Delivery for orders under £140 is £9.65, using the Royal Mail 'International Tracked' service.
• For International Orders that are required urgently or by a required date, we suggest upgrading at the checkout to 'Express Courier' and your items will be sent by an expedited delivery service which is fully tracked and insured (3-5 day service). This service costs £35.00.
• Orders to certain countries are by Express Courier only and cost £35.00 and this will be added automatically at the checkout.
• Unfortunately, owing to present global situations, we are unable to supply to certain nations.
• Jewellery to UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Dubai will only be sent by courier and can ONLY be sent to a Business Address or a PO Box, we will also require your phone number to process the order.
